Hi, I'm Susan! Taking a holistic ("whole-person") approach, I offer coaching support to middle-aged men and women who want to make changes, so they can enjoy healthier, happier, more satisfied lives.
Even when you're committed to change, you might not know what to do, where to start, or how to address concerns and challenges. Together, we'll map out the path and the action you need to take. Nothing extreme; just balanced, manageable steps that get you moving forward. And the journey will be easier, because you won't be doing it alone.

Coaching support will help you put your plan into action with confidence. Or, maybe you want to make other lifestyle changes and build new habits to improve your overall level of wellness. Through wellness/lifestyle coaching, we'll clarify what you want to see happen, how you want to approach it, and how you can go forward to get the results you want. |

I've been described as logical, analytical, organized and detail-oriented. I enjoy reading, I love journaling, and I don't think it's possible to have too many houseplants! Based on my own life and what I've witnessed in others, I truly believe change and growth are always possible. I also believe that the tiniest action can have huge impact, because with each step you take, you lay the groundwork for new opportunities ahead. |
My coaching style.
My coaching style largely reflects my personality: gentle and accommodating but also serious and solution-oriented. I value reflection for gaining clarity and understanding; and concrete action for getting things done. You set the pace for going back and forth between the two; I'll provide guidance and feedback to help you maintain a healthy balance. Based on a holistic approach, I'll encourage you to consider the interplay of different factors in your life, and the resulting impact on your goals and plans. Also, I won't simply tell you to get out of your comfort zone. I'll take the time to work with you to find that healthy place where you challenge yourself, but you're not overwhelmed. |
